Our kitchen is the heart of the lodge. We prepare our traditional meals using slow-cooking methods on a traditional clay hearth.

This time-honored method deepens the flavors of our spices, creating an authentic taste that is unique to traditional home-cooked Sri Lankan meals. Ruwan's wife prepares every meal fresh, adjusting the spices to your preference.

Our Organic Garden

Most of what you eat here is grown right outside your window. We cultivate our own vegetables, fruits, and essential spices without any chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
