Terms of Stay

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Booking and Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged for the first night. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on arrival.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00) onwards. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

3. Lodge Rules

As an eco-sanctuary, we ask all guests to respect the local environment and wildlife. Please do not bring single-use plastics into the property. We maintain a quiet hours policy from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

4. Liability

Sigiri Hunter's Eco Tree Lodge is not liable for any personal injuries, loss of property, or damages that occur during your stay. Guests are advised to ensure they have adequate travel insurance.
